By using the Smart Notes Alpha/Beta, you are joining an early-stage elite group of thinkers testing the frontier of on-device AI knowledge management.

1. Alpha Software

This is pre-release software. While we prioritize data integrity, you acknowledge that bugs may occur. We recommend maintaining a secondary backup of critical information during the Alpha phase.

2. License to Think

You retain 100% ownership of everything you create in Smart Notes. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the “Method Engine” protocols for your personal productivity.

3. Feedback Loop

As a Beta user, your feedback is our lifeblood. By submitting feedback or bug reports, you grant us the right to use those insights to improve the product for everyone.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Beta program as we move toward our v1.0 public launch. All your data remains exportable and yours at all times.
